Description of Goods / Accuracy of Product Information:
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on this site are for the sole purpose of giving an accurate as possible description of the goods. The intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible.
Standard Delivery Terms:
UK delivery of products will normally be made within 2 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the items.
Non-Deliveries:
We will not accept liability for items in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
Risk:
As soon as we have delivered the items to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of items, any lose or damage to the items shall be at your own risk.

If your purchase does not live up to your expectations, please return it to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).
Order Cancellation / Faulty Items:
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days following placement of order, please inform us by email at jillsbeadsandbangles@hotmail.co.uk stating 'order cancellation' as the subject. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, goods must be unworn and unused, (earrings will not be refunded due to hygiene reasons) in their original packaging, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement up to 7 working days following receipt of order. Please inform us by email at jillsbeadsandbangles@hotmail.co.uk stating 'faulty order'. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
